Job Summary
Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Experience in sales.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Medical Records Specialist
Job Summary
Foresmost is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to help us process patient records. In this role, your tasks will involve scanning documents, updating electronic health records, During this process, you will ensure that our clinical documentation is accurate and complete. You will also respond to release of information (ROI) requests, logging all requests, authorizations, and releases in our system. As part of this role, you will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain physical medical records
Update patients' electronic health records (EHR)
Respond to ROI (release of information) requests for medical records
Validate requests and authorizations for the release of medical information
Ensure that clinical documentation of the services provided to our patients is correct
Prepare charts for patient visits
Follow all HIPAA regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED certificate
Medical records experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
Basic computer skills
Bilingual ability (English and Spanish preferred)
Attention to detail
Communication skills

Software Engineer
Job Summary
Software Engineers use an analytical, engineering-focused approach and expert knowledge of programming languages to develop computer programs and ensure software is as functional and robust as the client or consumer needs. They often have the following specific responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze the needs of the user
Design, test and develop the software to meet those needs
Recommend upgrades for existing systems and programs
Develop separate elements of a software that work well in the program as a whole
Create various diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate the type of code needed for programmers
Ensure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software
Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
Revisit the development process to fix bugs or address client or consumer concerns
Requirements and Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Experience with sockets (unicast, multicast, TCP) and general network programming, including byte-swapping and serialization of data.
Experience with scripting, database, and programming languages such C++.
Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance
Experience support Special Access Program (SAP) efforts.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Understanding of network protocols, such as Data Distributions Service (DDS), High-Level Architecture (HLA), and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS).
Experience with scripting, database, and programming in Python 3, and HTML.
